Building the Base

90 Minutes | $175

This base session is the start towards achieving your health and nutrition goals. Over the course of 90 minutes, we will engage in a detailed discussion of what you want to gain. We will review relevant medical, nutritional, and lifestyle history. We will discuss your current eating habits and health status. We will work together in creating goals that are attainable, suitable and acceptable to your needs. Following the session, I will provide a written summary of recommendations that are personalized to your individual needs, including:

  • Dietary strategies
  • Behavioural change strategies
  • Nutrition plan (meal planning guidance, as needed)
  • grocery lists, as needed
  • 1-2 email follow ups to make sure everything is on track

(This session will not be rushed, it will be thorough, it will be in-depth, it will be all about you, your goals and developing an appropriate plan to fit your needs. Forming new habits is not easy, change is challenging, but by building your base we will develop effective strategies to help you overcome and thrive against those hurdles.)
