Building the Base
90 Minutes | $175
This base session is the start towards achieving your health and nutrition goals. Over the course of 90 minutes, we will engage in a detailed discussion of what you want to gain. We will review relevant medical, nutritional, and lifestyle history. We will discuss your current eating habits and health status. We will work together in creating goals that are attainable, suitable and acceptable to your needs. Following the session, I will provide a written summary of recommendations that are personalized to your individual needs, including:
- Dietary strategies
- Behavioural change strategies
- Nutrition plan (meal planning guidance, as needed)
- grocery lists, as needed
- 1-2 email follow ups to make sure everything is on track
(This session will not be rushed, it will be thorough, it will be in-depth, it will be all about you, your goals and developing an appropriate plan to fit your needs. Forming new habits is not easy, change is challenging, but by building your base we will develop effective strategies to help you overcome and thrive against those hurdles.)
Strengthening the Base
60 Minutes | $140
This session will help keep you accountable to your goals. We will discuss your progress, champion your successes, and work to overcome any challenges you perceive. We will work together in developing new strategies and/or fine tuning current strategies to overcome any challenges, and adjust the nutrition plan as indicated.
Grocery Store Tour
60 Minutes | $140
(Must have initial assessment to access grocery store tour)
See the grocery store in a new way that fits your nutritional goals. Whether you are:
- new to exercise
- training for your 5th marathon
- away from home for the first time
- newly pregnant
These tours will be personalized to your specific needs, providing strategies for best navigating grocery stores and identifying optimal foods most suited to your goals and menu plan.
The Performance Package
$750
Aligning your T1D with your active goals can be challenging. What do you eat? When do you eat? How much insulin do you dose? Should you input a temporary basal? These are questions that every active person with type-1 diabetes, whether a professional athlete, recreational athlete, or new to exercise, faces. The performance package is aimed at taking the stress out of exercise. Whether you’re new to exercise, training for an event, or building on your athletic nutrition plan, this is the package for you.

- 3 follow ups: Strengthening the Base (60 minutes each)
- Grocery store tour (60 minutes)
- Bi-weekly email, phone or whatsapp check ins

The Independence Package

Gaining your independence can be challenging, especially for young adults living with type-1 diabetes. This three-month program will assist those young adults living away from home for the first time, whether attending post-secondary school, entering the work world, or travelling.

The Wellness Package

The Pondering Pregnancy Package
$950
Pregnancy with type-1 diabetes can be challenging, but not impossible. This 6-month program will guide you through the ins and outs of preparing your body and your brain for pregnancy. It will dispel the myths associated with pregnancy and T1D. And it will help you navigate time-in-target blood sugars for conception, optimal nutrition, lifestyle and mental health strategies, and provide preparations for during pregnancy as well – all with you and your pregnancy with T1D goals at the centre of the focus.
Includes:
- Initial: Let’s Get This Started (90 minutes)
- 4 follow ups: Developing the Knowledge (60 minutes)
- 1 wrap up: You Are So Ready For This (60 minutes)
- Bi-weekly email or phone or whatsapp check insÂ
- Regular review of bloodwork and daily blood sugars

Preparing for Pregnancy with T1D
$50
Preparing for pregnancy with type-1 diabetes can be overwhelming. There is so much information online, as well as information coming from healthcare professionals. Sifting through what is truth and what is myth, and what is general recommendation vs. what is reality can be challenging. This interactive workshop will help provide clarity and realism to the journey. It is a collaborative effort that will have participants feeling energized and equipped with strategies to conquer pregnancy with the least amount of stress. This workshop is great for anyone considering pregnancy, now or sometime in the future.
